Pricing
Prices displayed on our website (per-person rates, vehicle pricing, package totals) are indicative and may vary based on final confirmation, seasonal demand, availability, and any additional requirements communicated at the time of booking. Final pricing will always be confirmed with you before your booking is finalized.
Booking & Cancellation
Booking confirmations, cancellation terms, and refund policies will be communicated directly by our team at the time of booking confirmation, as these may vary by service type (cab booking, tour package, group booking).
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information (name, contact details, travel dates, traveller count) when making an enquiry or booking. Inaccurate information may delay or affect your booking.
Vehicle & Service Standards
We aim to provide well-maintained vehicles and professional drivers for all services. In the rare event of a vehicle issue, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable alternative.
Limitation of Liability
Hyderabad Deccan Tourism is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, natural events, or third-party service disruptions (e.g. hotels, monuments, or attractions included in tour packages).
Third-Party Bookings
Where tour packages include third-party services (hotels, monument entries, boat rides, etc.), those services are subject to the respective third party's own terms and availability.
